My name is Emily Dukes and I am a rare bird native to Nashville. I have moved around, yet never far from the city I love and have called home giving me an extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in all of middle Tennessee. Buying, selling, development as well as real estate investments have been in my blood since birth. My Family has always been involved with development, investing & building and I have followed in their footsteps. I spent 5 years in the mortgage business, gaining extensive knowledge of the lending process. After which, I decided that a career as a REALTOR would offer me unlimited possibilities and wonderful opportunities to help people. Giving back to the community and helping others is my passion and owning a home is something I feel everyone should experience. I know the feeling I experienced when I closed on my first home. There is a great sense of pride that comes with home ownership. I cannot think of anything more fulfilling than being a useful part of that process with all who know me.
I grew up playing all sports – volleyball, basketball, softball, swim team and track and I love being in the sun and around water – at the beach, lake, or even a swimming pool.
My Family is very important to me and I spend any free time I have with them.
