Kristin was born and raised in Northern California and graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. Although she was following the path towards a career in the medical field, her passion for helping her dad flip houses took her life in a different direction. As an avid ”DIY-er ”, she jumped into the world of real estate by buying and flipping a duplex in Roseville, California. Her life then brought her out to Nashville where she got her Tennessee real estate license, and is a Buyer’s Agent for The Hoover Team with Jason and Mindy Hoover. Her knowledge of construction and home design helps her recognize quality in the home, which gives her clients confidence that they are making a good investment.
Kristin’s clients often describe her as detail-oriented, driven, and competitive with an outgoing and bubbly demeanor. Outside of real estate, Kristin has a huge passion for traveling. She has been to 25 countries and has lived in 4 different states which has helped her see what amazing things come from being outside of your comfort zone. She is an adrenaline junky with a love for the outdoors from the ocean to the mountains, and enjoys SCUBA diving, snowboarding, backpacking, waterskiing, and camping. She is also a very proud dog mom to her 1.5 year old Golden Retriever named Barley, who will be often be seen repping black and gold with her.
