Craig Jennings, as a Louisville native, brings extensive knowledge of the Louisville real estate and business market. After a 25-year career in healthcare, Craig moved his experience and knowledge to commercial real estate and business consulting.
During his healthcare career Craig successfully served in numerous executive level roles in the post-acute, home care, geriatric and rehabilitation segment. Some of these accomplishments include the launch, repositioning and support of some of the most respected senior care communities in Louisville as well as management of home care services across Kentucky, Virginia, Illinois and Wisconsin.
His love for real estate started as an investor which he is still actively involved in. During this time, he also started up a general contracting firm, Third Generation Contracting. The firm has completed extensive renovation and flip work throughout Louisville not just on his own property but also working with numerous other investors including extensive work with the Portland Investment Initiative and development of student housing around UofL. It was during this time he realized that he’d found a new passion in real estate and began the process of planning a transition to a new career.
Craig is a graduate of McKendree University with a B.A. in Business Administration. In 2013, Craig was named one of 24 Outstanding McKendree Alumni of the past 40 years. He holds multiple licenses and certifications in various aspects of healthcare and real estate. He is active in our community serving on several civic boards and volunteer organizations.
