I grew up in nearby Robertson County and graduated from Springfield High School. My wife and I moved to Clarksville in 1999 so that she could attend Nursing School at APSU. She has now moved on from Nursing to Graduating with a Ph.D. in Nurse Anesthesia. We have three young children together, whom we are very proud of.
My family and I attend LifePoint Church in Clarksville where I serve in various volunteer position or projects. I also volunteer my time to help children through athletics and overall life. I’ve made a commitment to my God, my family and my clients to stand for integrity first in all things, great customer service, and the highest levels of professionalism.
I found my calling in Real Estate while building an insurance business as the proprietor. I discovered that dozens of folks we not getting the service in real estate they deserved. Buying or Selling a home is no easy task and it’s defiantly not a small decision. I love helping people buy their first home, or sell and earn that hard-earned equity. I find a great sense of accomplishment in helping folks achieve their dream of owning their first home, moving up as their families grow, and even downsizing as life changes. Each of these life situations presents unique challenges for prospective buyers and I like to be that guy to help walk them safely to happiness.
Before becoming a Real Estate Agent I found discovered the biggest problem with many agents, in general, was their tendencies to over promise, under-deliver, and offer very poor communication – something my clients won’t experience with me.
I’m not a big fan of working for customers who wish to buy homes without personally touring the home. I don’t work with people who buy homes without seeing them first – it’s a recipe for disaster. I like to encourage clients to do basic research about home ownership so they have a familiarity with the intricacies of the commitment. I believe that real estate goes hand in hand with a personal relationship with the real estate agent assisting them. It builds relationships that last a lifetime, as well as accountability.
