Hey there! I am Kate, and I am a referral based REALTORr. You won’t see my face on billboards, shopping carts, or Titans commercials (though you will see me at Titans games in section 240).
I truly enjoy what I do, even if my path to get here was less than traditional. I moved to Nashville in 2002 and immediately felt at home. After a brief three semesters as a music business major at Belmont University, I redirected my studies towards entrepreneurship and worked my way through school to finish my degree at Belmont. It was later than planned, but right on time.
My introduction to real estate came when I accepted an offer in the marketing department of a national home builder. I quickly saw an opportunity to connect people to homes and took it upon myself to get licensed to sell real estate.
Since 2016, I’ve received multiple Circle of Excellence awards commending my volume of sales, including being ranked in the Top 100 REALTORSr in the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORSr in 2018.
